Is London is 0800 -1700 which is currently 0700 - 1600 GMT as BST 1 hour ahead

So the overlap times with Tokyo/New York etc will change when clocks go back in winter?

Forex is 24 hours a day, so not greatly affected by daylight saving. The stock market is open 0800 - 16.30, which doesn't change, so yes, the overlaps are different until the US or Japan change their clocks too.
