trading FOREX and INDEX FUTURES from the same account

Hello,

Does anyone know a broker where it is possible to trade FOREX and INDEX FUTURES (not CFD!) from the same account and offers a DOM type platform for futures trading?

I know about Interactivebrokers but I would like to know other options.

AT SAXO BANK you can trade FOREX and FUTURES from the same account but they do not offer a DOM type futures trading platform so it is no good for me.
