Just my SOH, doesn't always convey that well. shadow.
7-am: morning tea.
8-11am: morning euro-session.
10-am: brunch. orange juice with apple or carrots.
lunch: 12-2pm: main cooked meal. mostly chicken or turkey or fish with stir-fry veg.
2-4pm: US session.
mid-afternoon: (4pm): tea, bickies.
6-7pm, evening meal: bowl of fruit. (sometimes tinned) with yoghurt.
7-9pm: tail end US session.
9pm: finish.
ironically, the fastest food you can get is fresh fruit and veg. no cooking needed.
even the cooked food is stir-fry, so good for you.
whatever you do, keep the processed foods down to a minimum.
snack on almonds or peanuts or cashews or dried fruit, instead of biscuits and chocs. (tough one, I know).
UTB, maybe it's time to hire a dietary assistant to handle the basics, eg making sure beer is always in plentiful supply, etc.
High 5 anyone?
