Probably the best lesson I learnt from a pro trader is to stop playing at it - recognise that everything has an opportunity cost and none of us are getting any younger...either get serious (if you want what I want from it) or stop f*!%^ing around, - it ain't a game if you want to make a good living from it. Good posts already here particularly cablemonster's. It boils down to get an edge, and get a plan and stick to them both unless/until they are broken. begin the ' process.'

Hope you find a way forward..I am beginning to believe I have - after a serious wake up call...although not there yet.
