Tick Charts on Sierra

Hi

Please help me.

I'm trying to raise a NYSE tick chart using IB as data feed onto Sierra. I'v got Tick up on IB and raised a chart using TICK-NYSE-1-NYSE

Problem is that its not displaying anything. The DF in top right corner is moving so I believe its reading something BUT nothing is displayed and if I try different settings the message log says CURRENTLY NO DATA IN FILE TO DISPLAY

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Are you using TICK-NYSE-1-NYSE or TICK-NYSE-I-NYSE?
