What is the Under Asset Management at a Company like Tibra?, and for an experienced trader in oil derivatives (5 years experience) what could be expected as VAR and trading limits(roughly), Tibra capital is launching an oil desk in London.The main problem I could see is1/ this prop trading house does not seem to be well known, then difficult to get any feedback. 2/ those prop trading houses do not have always a good reputation some people will say waste of time or/and bad choice for a career move...........what are your thoughts on that???
