symbol for NYSE advance decline ratio

I go to yahoo finance and type in that symbol in the QUOTE form and it pulls up nothing. same thing happens for amex advance decline ($AMAD).

can someone help me? also, is there a ticker for TRIN index?

Welcome to T2W.

I would imagine the symbols will vary according to who your data provider and charting package is from. It's not something I would expect yahoo to provide and, even if they did, I'd be a bit wary of using the info' for trading purposes as yahoo doesn't enjoy the best of reputations when it comes to accuracy/reliability of data.
