short-selling broker

What brokers allow short-selling? I'm not interested in CFDs or spread-betting, just selling short on smallcap stocks. None of the major companies seem able to do this, and the CFDS only cover largecaps.

None I know, I think CFD's sre so popular they dont bother.

I guess IB is good for short selling. Whatever, I know of shorting stocks, and from whomever I have heard. They name IB and TD Ameritrade. Anyone else has more names?
