I would like to warn traders about a serious technical failure I experienced with RoboForex.
On March 31, 2025, during active trading hours, the R Mobile Trader platform became unresponsive for over an hour. I had open positions that I could not manage — I was unable to open, close, or modify any trade.
When I contacted RoboForex support, they admitted the issue but claimed that such failures are possible and should be "accepted."
In the financial markets, technical reliability is critical, and such issues can cause severe financial losses. It is unacceptable for a broker to have this level of instability.
Be extremely cautious if you plan to trade with RoboForex.
