No harm to you but you need to waken up and realise what is happening here. This is the next phase of the scam, contacting you and saying they can sort it out for an advance fee. This is textbook boiler room scam, send the money and you will lose it on top of whatever else you have lost. The difference this time is that you have been warned in advance.
Google 'boiler room scam' and 'advance fee scam' if you dont believe me. Also google the name of the 'broker' that sold you the shares followed by the word scam and you will no doubt find many others similarly scammed.
