Problems with FAXCOMEXLib

Hi everyone, hope this is the right forum. I'm trying to send a fax from my financial database to confirm a deal has been closed. I've tried installing several email-to-fax clients but I keep receiving FAXCOMEXLib errors.

The above link has a list of common errors, but eve though I tried, I can't seem to make my PC locate the FAXCOMEXLib library. Perhaps there's a designated solution for sending faxes for finance and trading purposes?
