Problem withdrawing funds from broker

you mean worst broker? Through my experience in various forex forums, I Found out:

Insta is the worst broker. Exness high slippage, RoboForex is not good in payment.

This is why I don't trade with DD or market maker brokers - one win from big client could put the broker in trouble and that might affect me. STP broker, dealing with big banks who act as market maker can at least pay any winnings

Yeah, I totally agree with your point. I'm trading with an true STP/ECN NDD broker , Hotforex and I think my money is secure there.

You have many options to resolve your issue (if its not resolved)...

Ask them why?
Threaten to dirty their name on forums and send them the links
If no response, contact regulator

But you will need to be consistent and invest your time in following up
