Could anyone recommend me any good trader on Dukascopy with not very high requirements of minimal sum of inverstment in PAMM. 😎

What do you consider "not very high requirements"? I trade on PAMM with Duka, my code is MASI. I accept clients from +/- 2500$ and offer around 5 to 9% monthly.

No, because Dukascopy are not UK or EU based, they are Swiss and are regulated locally.
