It's normal to delay an opening for shares, which is probably a good thing, because int he first few minutes spreads are so wide that stops will get triggered.
yes it would be normal, during the early morning trades but this is off peak when nothing really happens...in a sense...except for the "price error" so it seems and in the past, this market always opens on time except now and the forseeable future.
