I had to stop trading as I nearly hit the daily loss limit.
The recovery trades were only made on my Darwin ILR which should be feeded only by copying the FTMO trades.

But:
I'm still in the game. (It wouldn't be a tragedy if not, I'm experienced with such situations in these trials 😉)

I always tried to recover fully from the early losses. In the result I had too many trades.

It's very hard to trade these indices (NASDAQ, DAX) with narrow SLs (usually 26 pips), for suretoo hard during the US market opening. Faster reaction on market turns would have helped.

Challenge now: stay in the game for the other 8 days and pass all objectives.

After some calibrations on the EA I use I started a new trial.
I don't think the EA is error free. We'll see.

There are still open positions, but this is most of the first day:

This was a short journey - a failed after 2 days.

Reason: lot sizes too big.

I started another attempt to beat the market since Nov. 25th with a free trial (demo) 😉

I passed all objectives of this free trial on the last day - after reaching the profit target I closed the trading session.

I started a new follow up free trial immediately after the last one to check out whether my stratregy could survive a challenge.
I don't expect to reach the profit target.
We'll see.

I failed the max. daily loss on the last day of the 3rd round.
So there is no reasonb to buy a challenge.

I started a new trial in the middle of January, 2025.

FTMO released a new layout for the trading account which they call "Account Live MetriX".
It's nice. 🙂
The new layouat has some buttons to switch the view and shows nearly realtime data, also for the trial demo accounts.

You can also check your timing for each single trade if you clíck on the most right icons in the trade list:

The trial was finished with success without vioolating any rules.
