Would have been nicer if it was for sale 50 years ago. Not sure I would pay 1/4 of a million for lunch. :idea: Are there 6 others that would be interested in splitting the cost?

Last time I had lunch with him he paid, but it was in a Sizzlers help yourself place, a sort of buffet.
It was just off a strip mall, a real warren of a place.
Still the food was good and I gave him a couple of tips, which he really appreciated. Nice guy.

That's one of the things that is putting me off. I really don't want this newbie ambushing me with questions about what is a good investment strat etc. I think I'll save the money & buy Berkshire Hathaway instead. That'll get his attention!
