I'm just made recently my losses on SB and its taught me a lot of lessons, now I'm in the plus I realise everything I done, has been a learning curve. I lost 1/2 a years salary before I learnt enough to slow down, watch, watch and watch some more.

I too, to start with followed a twitter account, who 70% it seemed was spot on (and I did follow his trades), but the few that ran in the opposite direction he never reported back on.

I know where I went wrong, and those mistakes are the FIRST things I do not do anymore. dont beat yourself up otherwise it'll effect you away from the screen too

I've never made money trading , started in 2008 ... think I'm down about a grand a year .
