Looking for an arcade for a remote trader

I am looking for a trading arcade that would meet the following criteria:
1. allows remote traders
2. offers X-Trader at a reasonable price (500-700 USD), or Ninja Trader, or OEC Trader
3. offers commission rates much lower than $2.01 for ES and 0.95 EUR for FESX
4. charges low monthly fee.

I want to put down a deposit of around $20,000 and expect a position size limit of at least 10 contracts. I only trade intraday. I do not need any software apart from the trading platform.

Any suggestions?

I'm not meaning to be rude, but, why not save another 10k and get your own day trading account with a reputable broker?

Sorry, don't have the answer to your question.

The reasons are:
- lower commission
- fixed position size, regardless of fluctuations in P&L
- reducing risk in case of a "reputable broker" bankruptcy - the arcade takes on this risk as they have to provide margin for a trader.
