spread on WTI futures is usually only 1 penny, maybe 2 at times

IMO Crude is bullish in general : Technical breakout plus Egypt .

CMC has 3.5 cents spread on Texas and Brent cash , but be aware that there may be a rollover charges for holding overnight ...
