Healthwise, not bad really. It'a a lifestyle adjustment though. What's going to probably happen is I will stop trading after 11:00am here (NY time). A large portion of my trades this year during the afternoon here have been losses. eu has averaged about a 7-8 pip range for the whole afternoon most days.

wow thats unreal,no logic at all to it,youd think there would be some sort of range.Ive even noticed myself that markets stop at that time.Oerfect for us uk guys,rarely do i look and say I missed a good move there

nice bounce in eu from the low, right at previous support level. I had to expand my chart to see it, so I missed it. D'oh.
