So Far I have sent in:
Driving license,
Paper counterpart of this license,
Passport,
UK HMRC tax coding letter,
Letter to complete a self assesment HMRC,
Opening letter from one bank,
Banking mandate from same bank,
Bank statements from another,
National insurance card,
What else do I need to do?!
Latest update:
No movement as the documents need to be reviewed by someone.
They took that £5000 fine now give me back what I have left!

Also a bank statement from Lloyds TSB this afternoon, of which is stamped by the bank.
Still no funds.

Quick update as of this morning:
They have all the information they need and it's just with the accounts team, who are looking at the information....
But might not make the 11am cut off time.....
