is there a best OS to get?

am in the market for a new desktop, with twin screens so will have a few questions guys.
Is there a 'best' or preferred operating software to get? I'm assuming my new PC will come with Microsoft Windows, but is there a better version to shop for, or is it a case of newest is best? (I remember a few years ago 1 version came out and was hated)

Also, will want 2 x screens, maybe 23". Any recommendations? And what connections will i want on the new PC to run these properly?

Depends on what platform and software you use. NinjaTrader is based on C# programming language, which is limited to Windows OS.

Windows 10 is great because it has virtual desktops.
