You can leave off the tie on Friday though.

I trade in the evenings. I train at lunchtime but try to have a 20 minute swim before the markets open.

It really helps you concentrate.

I also find (and this is not a joke) that having sex before trading also helps, I tend to be more patient after blowing my load and it also helps in that the missus doesn't bug me 'cause she's asleep.

You just spill your breakfast curry on them anyway.
