Images not uploading

EK, rossored, anybody,
I have been doing this for seven years and now it won't work.
I go to Manage attachments - browse (find file) - upload and it comes up as "upload failed".
Can anyone help please?
I don't think it's my computer as I can upload to my own site instantly.

Mine doesnt work either. It wont save/upload the attachment 👎.

But inserting pictures does work 👍.
