To add what had been said above: Time frame is also important. When analyzing the charts, please be reminded that 5 mins chart is forming at the same time an hourly chart does and the sames goes to weekly and monthly chart. So the longer the timeframe is, the stronger the trend is.
You may want confirmation from different timeframe to indicate "stronger" trend reversal.
