HOW DO I ACCESS CHARTS TO TRADE FTSE AND DOW WHILST NOT AT laptopd

I want to trade the dax and ftse away from my laptop so need decent charts. Only seem to find apps for apple ie ipad, iphone. iphone charts not good enough and ipad only seems to have wi-fi which only works if in a free wi fi area. Not bothered which tablet i need and would pay re internet access any suggestions. cheaper the better only going to be used for this purpose

you can get a 3g ipad(or Android Tablet) but the app will be the more or less the same as for the iphone just bigger and clearer...

tbh no,but i dont think you will find one better than in apple app store ...
