You won't last long if you attack too soon.

Get a chair with a wicker seat. Cut out the seat.

Place a tennis racket on a pivot underneath the chair with the handle pointing forward.

Take off your clothes.

Sit down and rest your foot on the handle.

When you find yourself overtrading....

I think this would land me in A&E with severe difficulty trying to explain my injuries.
