How can I obtain reliable data(ES, NQ) for tradestation2000i?

Here is South Korea (Republic of Korea). I use 'TradeStation 2000i' for trading KOSPI 200 futures of Korea, and want to trade E-mini futures sooner or later. So,now, I intend to test the strategy I use with E-mini histrocial data and need the data.

data spec. : (tick, or 1 minute), for last 3~5 years.

How can I obtain(buy) the data that has high reliability?

Data is in 2 formats, the first is with after hours data and the 2nd is market hours only.
