Hourly charts are inaccurate ?

Most of the websites including stockcharts first interval is from 9.30 to 10 am for hourly charts /

Are these truly hourly charts as it seems that first candlestick of the day is half hour period.

Can someone help me or tell me can i trust these charts ?

or is there any website which has true hourly charts ?

Better to look at 30 minute charts when trading stocks. 9:30 - 4:00 is 13 30-minute bars.
