Reminds me of last Dec when FED cut rates, and DOW continued to drop.
$USD/financial driven stocks will lag, however fundamentally-strong material/metal and commodity driven stocks will breakout.
Not a pump, just IMHO.

double bottom theory is RIP(rest in peace) in this volatility. gone are the days when it used to work(my personal view)
