Hi Guys, sorry I haven't been around for a while. Am in Chicago on business so not many chances for checking price action!

Isn't the obvious thing to do here long gold and short oil? This is a hell of a decoupling and you've got to think they will trade at least partly back into line. Need to be careful with the ratios (based on daily volitility,from memory I think its about 8:1 - anyone know any better?)

Possible retrace off 782/3 to 778/9 or may go higher then fall back to test old downtrend minute chart

I count 5 waves down this decline and perhaps the start of 5 up sequences

Don't worry Doberman...get some fresh air...i did after losing some today and that was before the market dropped!!! We live to fight another day. I got rumbled when I got stopped out of a short position when the market zoomed upwards...jacked it in after that.
