Geneva Trading-Dublin

Can anybody give me an insight into Geneva Trading? They seem like quite a legit place and a good place to begin trading at. Has anybody been for an interview with them or could they give me some advice on getting an interview. Honours degree in Business Studies specialised in Finance, good results in econometrics forecasting, studying for CFA at the moment as well.
Would like to get some training by starting out with a firm.
Also Positive Equity is based in Dublin, anybody know much about them? Any help you can give me would be great.

Is there any possibility to go on an internship to either Geneva or Zurich without fluent German/French? Could you provide me with some opportunities for trainee trader in Switzerland?
