I am wondering if anybody would be interested in borrowing funds from me
on following conditions
1) It will be a "non recourse" loan for liquid option-able stock in US or Australia only.

A) borrower will have to have enough money to purchase a PUT option
B) Borrower can do Covered call writing
C) Borrower must pay interest on loan upfront
D) Non recourse4 because of PUT option borrower can just walk away
E) because of condition A and C there is no need for borrower to lodge any other security and no need for asset backing!
(Will have to work tax implications though )

I dont have to trust you mate Because your are paying for PUT option and interest upfront my money is 100% protected ( oh and the stock will remain on my name)
what you have to think about is by taking such a leverage and upfront costs will you make profit? in given time
These product do exist in Australia for example do a search on " Protected Equity Loan"
SO the idea is not new

I think there is a bit of misunderstanding let me explain
1) This will be a private arrangement , you will take position in either my Interactive Broker or Options express a/c
2) I dont work for a borrower or a lender , These are my own funds I wish to deploy to any traders who are super confident in their trading

I know lot of people make tall claims about how super they are in trading
What I am offering does not involve my funds being transferred to anybody but trading access and they need to put a % on table
Most run away!
Some don;t like the super leverage aspect! etc
I am just mimicking he Bank/ Broker Margin facility the Bank / Broker does not take any market risk

- Tax purposes ( Negative gearing )
- Covered call writing

Such a product exist in Australia called "Protected Equity Loan"
