Mr SB. Had a mail re competition saying 'Here's Your Prize'. Wow! Trembling with anticipation of colossal new wealth, it was disappointing to learn that my £100 credit 'prize' is worthless because I have an account already. Is this fair? And surely PaddyPower knows who has an account, so why send the mail?
Phew. Good job I didn't jump the gun and book that world cruise before reading the details.

Sorry about that Jack. That email went out to all the players that finished in profit but didn't already have an account. Or that's who the email was meant to go out to. The list of people in profit was de-duped against the list of real account holders by email address only as that was the only solid bit of information gathered when the trading demo accounts were set up. Either there's a different email address on your live account than your demo trading account or you just slipped through the net when the list was generated. Sorry about the mix up on that.
