Flashup And Flash Down Strategy

Hi folks, does anyone really know the best method or strategry to use in the flash up and flash down market on betonmarkets. I've tried to correlate the market trend in meta trader 4 platform with that of betonmarkets for accurate result.But this was a far cry from reality. If any forumite has a reliable strategy please let me know.

You can check it out on your demo, if you doubt, then see for yourself, then come back to me for the second strategy.
The second strategy does not rely on news releases.

they are backtesting anew intraday system and need more members to help test and review the system,
it will also work for flash up and flash down
