US stock market is closed today , however Dow futures are open until 13:00 ET today - reopen 18:00 ET - , and yes small movements not necessarily flat though ... Last edited: May 26, 2014

DOW generally couldn't give a toss about FTSE, so FTSE being closed won't influence DOW. FTSE is the slave of DOW.
