Interesting pattern on EUR/USD as rally from swing low at 1.2855 looks very
much like an Elliott impulse in the work and looks like the wave 3 high has just
been taken out as I write ...

I am hoping this to evolve into a larger degree impulse before jumping in.

I'm not really an Elliott follower so I don't usually notice these things.

I suppose it may have some merit to it if traders are still using it to determine entry!

Regarding EUR/USD, the trend IS still down, but I think psychology will prevent too much more downward movement. I see two possibilities for a W-bottom to form. I can't say if a W or a neckline break is more likely right now, but if it does turn out to be a W bottom, upward strength will be greater than the downward strength of a neckline break. Regarding the 2 possible Ws I see, the first one has its first low at 4/4 11AM EST and its second low at 4/4 11PM EST (note to self - exactly 12 hours apart... hmm...) The 2nd possibility is that the first low is the 11PM low, and the second low would be impending (as of 2AM EST). This would be a smaller W but more absolute.
