I like stocktwits, it auto updates. i can select the area of trading interest and get just those. It's good to see who is trading when I am not. I don't use their entries. Most are trading ES anyway.

Don't use facebook or twitter or even youtube as they are all banned by the government where I am. I think they are going to make having fun illegal soon.
