Keeping the coffee-hot… This weeks Shares under headlines ‘Stern talking cheers greens.’ more talk about
TAN and other companies…

61,112,212 shares traded so far this week… Tony age 72.. Said that we have taken a risk with BLL.. When he was having a coffee with us at the OAP’s share club he pointed out that we were to deep in to get out… trading in the red… all we require he said was news on the build of the first 3D-IMAX.. then the story will change… We have been led to understand that there are around 37 IMAX cinema’s in the US... Any news on the company please that we are missing out on..?

Will M6G act as a replacement for morphine that’s what Peter our 79 year old was saying at this mornings coffee meeting at the OAP’s share-club …if so then we should be in clover… he then when on to say that at the moment we are trading in the red to the tune of just under £500 on our investment with CeNeS.. Just the same as everyone else we are sitting on our hands waiting the results from the M6G trial.. Then we trust that we can turn the loss into profit..

Peter has Parkinson’s said he would like also to see some movement on CeNeS COMT inhibitors - Parkinson’s Any one has any news as to a possible partner for M6G…?

It’s just about time for the next announcement from Ffastfill.. Michael our 70 year old was updating on FFA at our morning coffee meeting at the OAP’s shareclubuk he had noted that there was some upward movement on the SP so far this week… we are making a small profit of close on £200 on the investment with FFA .. The next report from FFA should be most interesting… Its about time for the company to announce another Global Bank for the CME FX Reuters service… Any one out there who has any news on the company outside of their own company announcements.. ?

The GB Group (GBG) should not experience any set back because of the new US gaming laws.. Colin age 69 was giving his report on GBG at our coffee meeting for the OAP’s at shareclubuk.. GBG had lady luck on their side as their commitment to the US online gaming was indeed only around three per-cent of their total forecast turnover.. The share club was in pocket on the investment with GBG of just over £300.. On book price of £2,000.. This is one company to keep your eyes on..

GB Group has responded quickly to the US development and announced that it
has extended its international identity verification technology, ID3 (TM), to
include the capability for its clients to monitor the geographic location of
their customers. The service, included as part of GB's new international age and identity verification service called ID3-Check, will enable Online Gaming
businesses to identify instantly where a customer is located before processing
their application. They can then either divert the applicant to a legal "free
play" area on their site or block the transaction altogether. The ID3-Check
service will be launched to the world's largest gaming businesses at the
industry's flagship event in Barcelona this week, EIG (European I-Gaming) Expo
(www.eigexpo.com).

ID3-Check provides the Online Gaming industry with the ability to confirm the
age and identity of a customer and then monitor the location of all transactions coming from that account on an ongoing basis. ID3-Check will be used for the verification of overseas citizens in 21 countries.

Dorothy our 65 year old coffee girl had DDD on her mind at our morning coffee meeting at the OAP’s shareclubuk .. Dorothy was saying that DDD has a new licensee agreement with one of the worlds top five mobile telephone handset manufacturers.. allowing the handset maker to ship DDD;s software embedded in the handset, yielding a per handset royalty to DDD. The licensee subsequently took the decision to redesign its 3D handset resulting in a delay in the expected launch date.

We all know about the delay. However the project is still ongoing which is first class news for the company and Dorothy… As she has placed part of her OAP pension money into shares in the company.. Headline new this morning is that DDD has made an agreement to place 16,300,000 ordinary shares at 10p to raise £1,630,000 before expenses.. The extra capital will cover running costs until expected cash flow comes on line… All of us will be keeping a very close eye on DDD…

A very buoyant AGM statement and trading update came out yesterday. Moving the SP up apace.. I note that Seymour Pierce gives a Buy rating…

Tony our 72 year old.. was in on our coffee meeting at shareclubuk this morning … we were talking about Coffeeheaven (COH) Tony informed us that COH has opened a new coffee shop at Prague, Airport, it is situated next to arrivals in the new terminal 2 building… both for those meeting visitors and for the visitors

Now Tony thinks that all the hype re Tesco’s and Coffeehaven could have come from the recent extension of the shopping centre Tesco - Letnany the largest shopping mall in the Czech Republic.. Coffeeheaven has a coffee shop there.. Tesco - Letnany is located in the center of Prague 9... COH is expanding at a steady rate.. There product is good.. COH is the number two share at the share-club showing over 50% profit…

Taken from the COH website “coffeeheaven is the right concept, in the right place, at the right time... and with the professional management to ensure success.” Tony agree’s…

Peter our 79 year old called into our coffee meeting at shareclubuk this morning.. He was giving an update report on Deltex Medical.. He said that the company has first class products which would save a great deal of NHS funds. If only the Government would get of the backs of the hospital who would like to take up the disposable probe’s.. (sometimes you have to spend to save)

Peter went on to report the publication of a clinical trial which took place by Doctors at the Royal Free Hospital in London… the trial took place as a randomised, controlled clinical trial comparing two approaches to epidural anaesthesia in women undergoing elective caesarean delivery…

Peter said its out of the bag that Deltex Medical’s SupraQ monitor came out on top.. Deltex has so much going for its products, that’s its only a matter of time that the company must indeed make the break through sales wise in the medical world… then the SP will move up at a rapid pace…

Michael our 70 year old was jumping up and down this morning at our shareclubuk coffee meeting.. All because of the positive news from TAN … the placement of 50,000,000 has raised £20 million, that’s before any expenses have been taken out.. Never the less the extra funds will help to keep the despatch of the £1m plus orders that are being booked in each week…

TAN is the best investment on the clubs books showing a 119% gain on investment of 2,148.41.
Can anyone give the new broker rating for TAN…?

Hi Neil.... Michael has had a good day as TAN traded up by 3.33% to 46.50p.. He is walking around with a drink in is hand but won't tell us just what it is.!!!. D -D :)

I have noted that Matthew Bao has been appointed as a Director, Corporate Finance for London Aisa Capital (LDC)… The company is top off our agenda for our morning coffee meeting at shareclubuk…

Matthew (aged 41) is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant… He has worked in the UK, China and Hong Kong.. I understand that he is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese… COH has 32 offices in
China.. I understand that Matthew has the ability to undertake proper due diligence on Chinese businesses prior to investing and listing in London.. To my mind the appointment of Matthew will help to reduce the risks for LDC Investing in new Chinese companies

At the share club we are sitting on a small loss of £94.20.. New investment for the company £1.4m for a 11.8% stake in Singapore listed Devotion Eco-Thermal Ltd.,

Dorothy our 65 year old coffee woman informed us at our coffee meeting for shareclubuk that Alltracel & risqué:s Nanopeutics subsidiary … has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with a world wide leader in the professional wound care market… The agreement is for an exclusive six month period and is focused on the development of a range of Nan fibre based profession wound care technologies and products…

Under the agreement, all development work and associated costs will be paid for by the partner as well as payments agreement undisclosed licence fee for the six months exclusivity period..
Successful development will lead to exclusive global royalty bearing licence and supply agreement for Nanospiderr TM based technology and specialist products for the professional wound care and potential related markets…

Outside of this significant development for the professional markets, Nanopeutics TM is now in discussions with a number of other wound care companies for consumer wound care and other applications… Can any one let me know of the brokers that act for AP. ?

Tony our 72 year old came into the morning coffee meeting at shareclubuk to find out if there was any news on Bella Media… the last news of any standing came from way back…

14 March 06: Result of AGM. Chairman's Statement.

Hightlights.

Agreement executed to fund the construction of Springfield IMAX.
Letter of Intent agreed for IMAX cinema at Cannery Row Monterey, California.
Letter of Intent agreed for Large Format cinema in Athens, Greece.
Working capital fundraising completed.

Come on BLL let the cat of the bag and update… Is there any one out there who knows the name of BLL’s brokers…?

Peter our 79 year old came to our morning coffee meeting at shareclubuk .. For an update on CeNeS as he had noticed that the SP has been moving up from 5.75p on the 13th November to a high of 8.25p trading on 21st November…

The word on the street and the Internet message boards is that the Phase III trial of M6G will lead to a major breakthrough for CeNeS… in advance of any announcement the SP is starting to act in response to news yet to come… We all have a form of post-SP -pain of which only M6G will assist… we must keep our eyes open for news…or need we ..? as the SP will tell the full story…

Michael our 70 year old came into the shareclubuk coffee meeting this morning with a copy of the FFastFill’s interim results..

The company has now made the transformation from software products to one of an Application Service Provider serving the electronic trading community… benefits from this scaleable business model are starting to show results…

Revenue is up by 21% .. EBITDA has reduced loss by 45% to £0.680 million. With positive trading September - October… Loss this time around was £1.289m.. Cash in hand was £1.271m

Coffeeheaven is a step in front of the others.. Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 30 September 2006

Turnover and profit margins up for Coffeeheaven.. That’s what Tony our 72 year old came out with at our morning coffee shareclubuk meeting… turnover up by 61% and cash inflow up by a robust 83% for the first six months of the year…

From what we can under stand the rate of growth has been maintained to date.. COH is taking the lead in their own neck of the woods.. The big investors must be looking at the next stage of growth for the company. The company must also be in line for a possible bid which would in turn open up the market for others.. Keep your eyes open on this one…

Dorothy our 65 year old coffee woman came into the shareclubuk meeting this morning to talk about DDD… Arisawa Manufacturing has taken up a block 6,798,170 shares in the company.. As part of the recent placing this is indeed shows a firm commitment to back DDD.. Anisawa now holds 21,314,807 shares representing 28.6% of DDD’s ordinary share capital.
.

Arisawa is working with DDD.. In September 2004, DDD entered into a hardware development agreement with Arisawa for the TriDef Vision+ 3D set box.. DDD set box, combines with Asrisawa polanising materials applied to a large LCD television, allows for the real-time conversion of virually any media from 2D to 3D for viewing on the swichable 2D/3D television. DDD and Anisawa intend to license this solution to global television manufacturers… Why should Arisawa buy shares in DDD if the above is not going to work..

Also two of DDD’s directors Christopher Yewdall and Hans Roger Snook have agreed to acquire placing shares..

GB Group Interim results out .. The main news is that revenue has increased by 18% to 7.0 million.. Due to increased sales in DataAuthentication

GBG has a first class product in the provision of innovative consumer data services and technologies… the market is starting to recognize the product as used in the progressive workplace.. I have been tracking the SP on the 15h November it stood at 34.50p by the 27th November it had moved up to 37.25p… The big boys are also sitting up and taking interest… Englet Investments Trust Plc now hold 4.3% of the company’s shares…

GBG .. URU electronic identity verification software now has 138 clients that could save private individuals fortunes…
Deltex will come good…

Peter our 79 year old updated our morning coffee meeting at shareclubuk on Deltex Medical (DEMG) the company has seen growth in the use of it's disposable probe in the high volume operating market. The disposable probe is the main driver for the DEMG business..

On top of that the surgeon led trials on the use of DEMG's SupraQ monitor have all come out as positive time and time again.. the clinical trials data reports three day reduction in length of stay.. leading to cost saving for potential clients from the NHS, US and the European markets.. given time DEMG will come good...

Tanfield (TAN) have two of the best divisions within their group.. That’s just what I was talking about at our shareclubuk coffee meeting this morning..

The Smiths Electric Vehicles, division is both the world’s oldest electric vehicle manufacturer and the world’s largest producer of road-going commercial electric vehicles..

The other division is Powered Access.. that encompass the operations of Aerial Access, along with Upright Powered Access, The lead brand will be Upright.. The two divisions are driving forward with strong orders book-in..

David Buxton, an analyst at house broker Daniel Stewart has upgraded his 2007 pre-tax profit forecast by 53% to £13.9 million, his 55p price target suggests the shares could keep rising in spite of having already romped from 20p barely a year ago.

Day to Day News and trading

For any new readers of this string China CDM Exchange Centre Ltd has submitted an application to list on the UK PLUS Stock Market.. As a matter of interest London Asia Private Equity Fund (LAPEF) has a 10% holding in the company.. LAPEF is the investment arm of London Asia Capital Plc..

LDC is building business through LAPEF..

I know that a lot of you know about the successful development of a highly soluble derivative of AP.’ patented cardiovascular health benefiting bioactive. However for those reader of this message board who do not know the breakthrough in Tisnow, Czech Republic for the company can lead to an entry into the functional beverage industry.. Which is by far the most innovative and profitable sector within the functional food and nutritional marketplace..

I noticed that the company has reported that the big boys are now taking an interest… Alltracel has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd. dated 30 November 2006, stating that, following an acquisition of shares, Framlington HSBC was the registered holder of a non-beneficial interest in 12,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.26% of the issued ordinary share capital of Alltracel.

I have been sitting on my hands waiting for news from Bella Media for some time now… At our coffee meeting at shareclubuk the only information we have is that the annual results date was 16th November, and the AGM 15th December.

I understand that the results from CeNeS pivotal Phase III trial are expected in early 2007, then and only then will the market know the true information and value on the product/company…. With 4.28m from the pacing of new shares the company will be able to further strengthen its balance sheet ahead of any announcement

We are living in a new world.. Paper work has all but gone to be replaced by software platforms that can support multiple asset classes.. This is FfastFill’s market place which is opening up a number of important strategic opportunities for the company with the major institutions.. To my mind FfastFill should expand over the next trading period..

Great company - I've been in since March 06 and have added since - is now double my average price and I think that it has the potential to go to 150p over the next 12/18 months.

Hi Kriesau The S.P. is taking a knock down today.. but I agree with you TAN should be trading above the £1 mark before to long.. A TNT order is all that's required..
