Read on some of the threads that trading is like playing professional sport.
What an utter load of tosh.

Do they sit with there in football shirts & boots on while trading and pretending to be Wayne Rooney.

Or sit there with the 9 iron in one hand and mouse in the other, while seeing what the current wind direction is before taking the trade.

Maybe we should all be sitting there in are running shorts and swimming trunks thinking we at the Olympic games.
Make sure you don't spill any water or sweat on the PC.

Don't forget the hat. sunscreen and sunglasses.

Get over the childhood missed dream you are trader nothing less or more.
You don't want that F1 car to crash into your work desk.

Always wanted to a jockey when I was younger.
Maybe I should buy a horse and park it in my lounge room.
And say giddy up there DAX.

And don't forget the TV interview after such a great trade.

Lunar New Year so Hong Kong and China closed.
So all a bit quiet, we wait for the Europeans to drag the next moves around.
Order's await.

In so called normal markets conditions.
When the DAX starts to move up 20/30/40/ 50 points.
The easy trade is just buying any pull backs along the way.
Problem at the moment it makes the full pull back in one go.
Hard conditions to trade and very hard to play yourself into the market.
Just need to adapt to the conditions, easy said than done.

Still negative.
But finding buyers from the low's.
Gut feeling(yield) if we get another rout down in the ASX, fund money will come in.
Anyway my order's wait for the DAX and nothing I can do but manage them when they open.

Got a couple of offsiders to work out over night.

Orders in place to counter, just hedge same instrument.

If I sat up all night I would get out when I want.

Could go CAC, SP500, etc but can't be ****ed looking.

If I don't get the counter in I get my bum kicked.

Got out of those for a small profit.

That was not the goal the main thin was getting out at better price.

The main thing I recognised I was wrong and done something about it.

Starting planing and thinking about Thursday now for the DAX.

Bit sad but the DAX is never far from mind, don't tell the wife,

Just started season 6 of the Sorpanos.

Hong Kong back on line and playing catch up on the falls.
ASX holding the bottom of the range.
DAX sell limits above.
Forecast to open 8,888 - 140 down
Plenty of wiggle room to bounce up.

9,028 would take us flat
9,068 50 up
etc

Was not at the open so picked up no shorts.

Have moved my shorts lower.

US markets getting to be a bit of side show at the moment.

Lot more action in the UK and Euro session.
