DAX, CAC, Eurostoxx Fair Values

I am new to this European Market and have just started trading in Spreads around 6 months back, can anyone tell me the fair values of DAX, CAC and Eurostoxx, and how its equation with current values (like current interest rate applicable, dividend yield, etc)
