Hello Traders, what do you think of the DARWINs by juanmapro XJP SJP & iJP?

I think the first few months he was trying strategies (as he communicates it in his public Telegram) and now he has found a strategy that seems to be very profitable.

Do you know if it is a manual or algorithmic trader?
I think that over the years it will be one of the best Darwin of the Darwinex Broker.

He's trading a very high VaR on all 3 Darwins and his trading accounts went down to more than 90% losses which looks like closing by a margin call, at least partially.
The number of trades was recently (December 2024) exploding to recover the losses - and it worked. This time.
His Darwins show that the risk manager works.
If it is an algo trader, it looks like a martingale EA (or something similar) is working there.

XJP seems a decent darwin, it is not a martingale, var is high but stable, a trader used to trade the money not park it.
Trackrecord is still a bit short, let's wait and see.
Investable? no
Promising? yes

What is that about VaR? Can you explain to me? I have seen many with VaR the same and they are some of the most invested.

XJP has a drawdown of more than 93% on the trading account (07/08/2024) and another one of more than 85% around 11/10/2024.
That's not even a year ago. The trading account came back to zero from the bottom in the beginning of December 2024 - just six weeks ago.

Maybe the trader knows how to use the risk manager in his favour, but that's not sure and not confirmed until now.
It might have happened just incidently in a lucky month.

Within one week from 26th of December 2024 to 2nd of January 2025 the profit melted from 398% to 69% of the deposit.
That means the trading account lost about 70% - in one single week.

I'd wait at least for a new all time high if the trader can deliver it.
