daily chart viewer from loaded text file of symbols?

I'm sure this question has been asked lots, but I'm looking for a:
- daily chartviewer that
- allows me to go through a saved watchlist loadable from a text file and
- page through each chart quickly with
- a few simple saved indicators (STOH, Williams %R, MACD)
- uses free data from yahoo.

seems simple enough but I couldn't find all the above in a simple package on or offline. Where am I not looking?

I already purchased a downloader that creates metadata files. But I can't find a viewer for it or for text data files...
