compare quotes from different locations, America,Europe,Asia.
And we have local differences in daylight saving time and even
for fixed locations these did change over the years, e.g. ET in 2007.
Trading hours and holidays also did change.
Best would be to have a program that converts these times/days.
It should really exist, since not only traders need but all international business
and statistics. But I couldn't find it.
Alternatively large lists that give each minute in GMT=UTC and the
corresponding day,minute for the ~10 main locations in the world.
But you would compress these lists for download, and that again
is best done by such a converting program.
