Can anyone recomend a good Psychology of Trading book?

I've read some Tharp and am wondering if anyone knows of a good one.

I highly recommend either of Mark Douglas' books ...

"The Disciplined Trader" or "Trading in the Zone"

I think Zen And The Art Of Poker is quite a good read. Even though its not about trading. Its not a very big book, and it doesnt tell you anything about how to play poker, or Zen, or Art. Its mainly about not getting pissed off when your money risking activities are not going well, looking at the long run etc etc. Its not very expensive either.
