First off, my apologies. I don't follow this forum actively, but I would be very interested in connecting with other speculators in the UK or abroad.
I currently do NOT make my day to day earnings from the markets. However, my intention is to do so. I appreciate that this is very hard, but I derive a level of satisfaction from stock market analysis which is not comparable with any other acitivty I can envisage.
I know this is a very hard path, and I know it is very competitive, but it is precisely these two traits that allure me.
I am a software developer, and have developed a lot of simulations/strategies over the past 10 years. I would very much like to meet up with like-minded souls simply to share ideas, techniques and experience. In an ideal world, I would hope ultimately set up an Edinburgh or Glasgow based investment company.
