I've recently been trading virtual money on bullbearings.co.uk for the past 6 months with consistent success, but after doing a bit of research (mostly on here) I've concluded that I can't (or rather do not want) to simply go by the basic indicators I've been using.
However, in general I'm completely new to real trading, I am a student of Economics though and I am going to start a Financial Economics course at university in October. I've opened a market-master account with Barclays but I feel I should learn more about trading as well as the jargon I see on here.
So, without looking for any self-proclaimed definite answer type books, can anybody recommend a good book to be able to learn the basics (if there is such a thing) from and therefore move on to making my own educated choices about what stocks to trade in?
