I WAS, but yes, virgin broadband sucked, big-time!
But then poor standards of service are something of the norm these days, especially from the big name/high street service providers - they charge the most and offer the poorest packages and services .

This wasn't so with the UK lottery. He disagreed with camelots monopoly, given to them by the govt. because camelot made a profit from the lottery. He said, he'd run the lottery for a non-profit, as he didn't think the operator should make a profit, but was still refused the running license.
