bid offer tick data ?

Anyone know where i can get real time tick bid offer data in 2 separate feeds then drop them into some sort of charting application to compare bid offer spreads.
My friend pulls the data out of a bloomberg and into excel via a DDL link of some sort , but i'm not paying a grand a month to bloomberg !
Any other recommendations .
