best paper trading platform???

hey guys, i thought i saw suggestions of this in first steps somewhere, unless there's something wrong with my com because i cant seem to find the suggestions again.

what are some good paper trading platforms, with data feed thats 1 hour behind the real markets i think it is 🙂
